Programs
WallaceFIT4Life is centered on the whole-health and well-being of our clients. Our virtual program includes a personalized nutrition plan with daily meal guides, 30 minute daily workouts,
community support, expert fitness education; 1:1 coaching and daily trainings within a small group.
Your coach will be available via text, email or scheduled phone calls to discuss any concerns,
questions or changes in your program.
Intermittent Fasting
This is a simple eating schedule to ignite fat loss and promote cellular repair. It is a great strategy that has the bonus health benefits of balancing insulin, decreasing inflammation, improving heart health, reducing cancer risk, increasing brain health, improving sleep and slowing the aging process.
Whole Food Nutrition
We teach our clients to focus on whole food nutrition and to eliminate processed foods. We define whole foods as foods that come from the ground or have a mother. Meat, vegetables, fish, fruits, and plant-based proteins are all whole foods. focusing onwhole food nutrition eliminates processed foods including those with gluten, dairy and added sugars (things that cause inflammation and zap you of all your energy) from your diet.
Macro Tracking
This prioritizes the amount of carbs, protein, and fat (macros) you consume to create a balanced plate and enjoy food freedom. It means that you are logging your food in an app and rather than foucsing on your overall calories, you are aiming to hit a particular number each day for your macros.
Short & Effective Workouts
We strategically pair our workouts with our nutrition. We focus on strength training, HIIT, and Active Recovery in only 30 minutes improving fitness and lean, calorie burning muscle. Daily workouts are accessible on the Faster Way App.
